Once again, this year Squash Tasmania is calling for Nominations for the Ian Hocking Award.
This prestigious award is in honor of one of Tasmania’s finest players and for his work towards squash in our State.
For some years this award has been presented to four deserving squash people who have been nominated to Squash Tasmania by their club’s.
The two adult nominees should be for volunteers who have given their time and worked effortless for the betterment of their Club.
The two junior nominees should be young players not necessary the best in their club but young players who not only have achieved the goals that have been set but who are deserving of encouragement.
Nominees should have a minimum of at least 3 years volunteer service to their club or in the case of a junior nominee must have played for a minimum of 3 years with their club.
The nominations for this award will close on the 22nd of January 2018 and presentations will take place in Devonport at the Squash Tasmania AGM on the 3rd of February 2018.
